_ The 2021 Findley Lake Triathlon Festival:

Welcome to the Findley Lake Triathlon Festival!  A challenging and beautiful course that starts and finishes in downtown Findley Lake, New York.

Relay Teams of 2 or 3 are welcome for the Sprint and Olympic Triathlon events only.

In it's third year, this multi-sport event will host the following activities July 31, 2021:

Sprint Triathlon & AquaBike:  Swim - 750m, Bike - 11.5 miles, Run - 5K.

Olympic Triathlon & AquaBike:  Swim - 1500m, Bike - 23 miles, Run - 10K

For those really looking for a challenge: compete in the Double Findley.  What is this?

Double Findley: Start your morning with the Sprint Triathlon at 7:00am and then get back by 9:00am to start the Olympic Triathlon.  Swim, bike, run, swim, bike, run!

Challenging and beautiful, this course has become a crowd favorite.  This is grassroots racing at it's best.  The venue is small town USA; quaint shops and restaurants around this inviting, hidden gem of a lake. Limited to only 150 athletes we start the day from the boat launch in the center of town; Sprint athletes swim one loop of 750m and the Olympic athletes swim the course twice.  Transition is set up along the waters edge and we head out in to the big, rolling hills of quiet farmland for a scenic bike loop of 11.5 challenging miles, again the Olympic athletes do the loop twice.  Running is flat-ish along the shore of the lake with an out and back.  Fully stocked aid stations in transition and on the run course (1 at every mile marker). 

This is a USAT sanctioned event, all rules and regulations apply. There is no refund for this event nor do we allow bib transfers.  As with all Wilson Endurance Sports events (that is 28 across NY State and 1 in CT) if for any reason (COVID-19) or otherwise, we always will allow you to defer to next year or transfer to another one of our events if life gets in the way.  

 Race will be held rain or shine. All athletes must provide a valid USAT Annual Membership  or purchase a one-day license for $15 or $10 for 17 & Under.
