_ The 2021 Spudman Triathlon:
All I want for 2021 is Spudman XXXV! 2020 was a helluva year and we're ready for 2021. If you're not already back in the saddle, it's time. It's time for your training begin. It's time to register for Spudman 2021! We are excited to announce our 35th Anniversary race! Spudman XXXV will be on July 31st, 2021. Registration opens at high noon on New Year's Day. As per usual, there are no refunds for any reason ... unless there's a world wide pandemic.
The race is capped at 2,000 for the Olympic distance and 300 for the Sprint distance.
Course Information:
Swim:
• The swim is current aided.
• Water temperature averages 68-71 degrees.
• The swim begins at Riverfront Park by the Burley boat docks and ends at Scholar Park by the Burley/Heyburn bridge.
Bike:
• The bike course is fairly flat loop with just a few rollers.
• Race elevation is 4250'.
• Air temperature averages 51-84 degrees.
Run:
• The 10k loop begins with a short steep hill and then levels to a mostly flat course.
• The run is on country roads and canal banks.
• The course is 70% asphalt, 30% gravel.
