_ The 2020 Friday Night Freedom Run 5K:
The Friday Night Freedom Run 5K is the annual fundraiser to support the LHS Cross Country, Indoor Track and Outdoor Track programs. Your participation assists is covering costs for uniforms, races, senior recognition and travel meals for our athletes.
Event details and schedule
All registrations must be done online prior to the race.
Packet pickup is 6:00
The course is an easy course with a small hill at the start and ending with a downhill stretch to the finish.
Please bring your own hydration and fuel to minimize contact and keep within social distancing health and safety guidelines.
