_ The 2020 Rock & Row Triathlon:
The Rock & Row Triathlon was created to raise awareness for and benefit Rock Island State Park. This event has generated over $8,800 for the park in just 3 years. We hope you can join us in May as we Paddle for the Park but don't wait, we sold out last year!
This event is a chipped timed paddle triathlon beginning with a 5K Paddle, followed by a 5K Run (both road and trails) and ending with a 5K Bike ride on Park roads leading you back to the Finish. The start of the race will be staggered by divisions every 3-4 minutes.
