_ The 2020 Old Hickory Lake Triathlon:
Join us for the 2nd annual Old Hickory Lake Sprint Triathlon on August 22nd, presented by the Hendersonville Endurance Athletic Team (HEAT). The race will benefit the Salvus Center of Sumner County. Last year, this race raised over $5000 for the Salvus Center. Our race will feature a 400 meter rolling start swim in Old Hickory Lake, a 20k out-and-back bike course on a closed highway, and a two loop 5k run course in the park. The course will be beginner friendly, but still challenge the seasoned triathlete. The race location is different than last year. The event will take place at Rockland Recreation Area. Bring the family, as the park is very family friendly.
