_ 2020 The Wave Sprint Triathlon:
The 2020 Wave Sprit Triathlon begins at the picturesque South Kingstown Town Beach. We chose this beach not only for its beauty, as it looks out to Block Island, but for its family-friendly atmosphere. While you are racing your, family and friends can lounge on the beach, or enjoy the playground. The one loop cycling portion of the race will take you down a very fast and flat course following the beautiful Matunuck School House Road. You’ll Pass the Trustom Pond National Wild Refuge, (a great place for a post-race walk) then head through Charlestown, hop onto Scenic Route 1A, and finish back at the beach. The scenic run course is one loop with some rolling hills. The racers will pass by beautiful farm houses and fields with livestock. A fast downhill route through the Blackberry Hill section of Matunuck takes you to the finish line . The runners will return to the beach and enjoy a great post-race spread, a signature of the On Your Left Racing Series.
