This is a sprint distance triathlon featuring a 7 mile paddle on the Conemaugh River from Conemaugh Dam to Saltsburg, a 14 mile bike ridefrom Saltsburg to Conemaugh Dam and back on the West Penn Trail, and a 5 K run on the Kiski Section of the West Penn Trail.
