NOTE: The Mini Sprint is NOT part of the NCTS for series scoring & awards
The Triangle Triathlon offers 2 separate events: the traditional Sprint Triathlon and the Mini Sprint Triathlon for novice triathletes and/or those new to open-water swimming. All participants will receive a completion gift at the finish line. Participants who sign up for the traditional sprint qualify for prizes awarded to the top 3 finishers in each category. Pricing and swag for both the Sprint and mini-Sprint are the same. Prizes for the top 3 finishers will also be awarded to Relay teams and Aquabike participants.

Sprint: Swim: 750 Meters - Bike: 17.6 Miles - Run: 5K
Mini-Sprint: Swim: 400 Meters - Bike: 10.75 Miles - Run: 1.5 Miles
