• All proceeds go to the Le Mars YMCA Aquatics Department.
• Ladies cut t-shirts will also be available.

Course Information:
• All transitions will take place in the outdoor pool parking lot
• 300 yard swim an the LeMars 6 lane outdoor pool.
• 15 mile out and back bike on road C30 & K64.
• 5K run in a residential area.
