Sunday, JULY 26 • 6:30 am - Sprint Triathlon Begins!
A fast, fun and organized race with the best post party on the North Shore! Race activities include a 300-yard pool swim at Splash Landings, 10-mile bike through The Glen and a 5k run around Gallery Park. Participants receive a performance T-shirt, finishing medal, chip timing, post-race refreshments and a chance to win great raffle prizes.

Aqua Bike Division option consist of swim 300 yards and Bike 10 miles (no run)!

Race will start promptly at 6:30 AM.

You will be required to provide your 300 Yard swim time. If you do not know your 300 Yard swim time, please call the fitness center to schedule a swim timing: 224-521-2596

All racers receive a dry wicking t-shirt, goodie bag, post refreshments, finishing medal and a chance to win great prizes after the race. (Must be present to win).

Each participant will receive a timing chip to wear around his/her ankle. A $35 fee will be applied for lost or damaged chips.

Overall male/ female finishers and Awards to top (3) male and female participants in 5-year age categories for Sprint Triathlon.

Awards to top three overall male / female finishers for Aqua Bike Division.

There is no race day registration.

The race is limited to a maximum of 400 participants.
