The 5th annual JC Triathlon/Duathlon/Team Relay: - POSTPONED
From The Race Registration Website: In consideration of the guidance provided by the City of Jefferson City, the Great Escape Triathlon will now be held August 30th, 2020!
Course Information:
Swim: 400 meter Sprint or 200 meter Super Sprint Meter pool snake swim across 4 - 50 Meter lanes.
Bike: 12 Mile Sprint bike or 5.3 Mile Super Sprint bike is eastward of pool for 6 Miles and returning to pool on public roads. Roads are a mix of semi urban and rural.
Run: Sprint and Super Sprint run is westward from pool on paved park paths. Runners merge onto paved City Greenway and then onto City streets to Historic Missouri State Prison and Federal Courthouse returning to pool/transition area.
