Porsche Employee Packet Pick Up

Friday, May 1st 12noon-2:00pm 

Lobby outside the Casino.

Porsche Employees may pick up packets for themselves and  registered family and friends.  Last chance to register on site. Please bring Credit Card for online payment.

7:15am - Check In & Bib Pick Up

There will be NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION!!

8:15am - Official Race Warm Up

8:30am - Race start

9:00am - Fun Run for Kids

Parking & Security Information

• All registered participants and volunteers will be stopped and check in at the security gate and will need to present their name and ID.

• Parking will be available in the parking decks, which the security gate will direct you to. Once parked, go to level B2 and use it to exit onto the track for Race Day Check In & Packet Pick Up. (volunteers will direct you)

• All guest affiliates should be prepared with the first and last name of the employee or staff person at Porsche that they are affiliated with in the event.

• Participants must wear bibs must be worn at all times while on site

• All volunteers please report by 6:30am for Check-In

**Please note only race participants, race staff, volunteers, and vendors will be granted access to the event.**

Race Notes:

-Hydration & post race snacks provided by Run Social Atlanta

-Water Stations will be available pre-race and along the race course

-Music provided by DJ Magnificent Maal

-Chip Timing & Scoring provided by runningnerds scores

-Course is 2 loops on the PECATL Track. The track is mostly flat but there are a couple of good climbs that will test your horse power. Distance is approximately 2.5 miles so times will be super FAST!! Walkers and strollers are welcome. Absolutely NO PETS are allowed on the grounds. 

-Race Awards: TOP OVERALL MALE & FEMALE + TOP OVERALL MASTERS MALE & FEMALE 

Top 3 Male & Female in the following age groups. 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+. Must complete 2 full laps to be eligible for awards. Please notify the scoring team if you choose to only complete 1 lap. Thank you for helping us to maintain the integrity of the results.

-All Kids 12 & Under Fun Run Participants will receive a medal!

-Weather: Porsche Race Around The Track will take place rain or shine. We will update via email with any adjustments needed for safety. The race will not be cancelled or postponed due to rain.
