Course Information:
Swim:
The swim takes place in the Hopkinton reservoir - clean, spacious, scenic and calm. Family and friends can watch too, given the ample room afforded by the transition area and swim start.
The water will be a comfortable 72-74.
- - - Bike:
The bike leg is an excellent course. It begins on park roads, with downhill turns and rolling terrain through Southborough and Ashland.
Youll experience one challenging hill to make it even more exciting, as you cross the start of the famous marathon.
Youll finish with a fun downhill as you enter the park for the final run leg.
- - - Run:
The final portion finishes with a 5-k run, 100% inside the scenic Park.
Crowd cheers echoing off the reservoir will help you as you make your way to the 300-yd. flagged chute to the huge arched finish line.
