Welcome to the West Point Half-Marathon - Fallen Comrades Run website! Lace up your running shoes to race with cadets, veterans, and supporters while touring a national historical site. You can view the course map and information at the bottom of this page. There is limited availability so register soon!
Fallen Comrades:
This race is dedicated to those members of the Long Gray Line who have gone to war and paid the ultimate sacrifice. Each mile marker will memorialize different fallen comrades from all of our nation’s wars as a tribute. We honor them as individuals as we test ourselves on this challenging, beautiful course; we celebrate their memory as we build camaraderie through friendly competition.
Cadets: $25 online until 3 weeks out from race (Price will increase)
General Entry: $65 online until 3 weeks out from race (Price will increase)
Kids race: $5
The half marathon run/ruck will offer:
Chip timing
Race shirt
Finisher’s Medal!
Post-race snacks
Cadet and age-category prizes!
Packet pickup and race finish in Michie Stadium!
Bag Check - visitors locker rooms in Michie Stadium
Competitive Categories for Awards:
Race Day Guidance:
NOTE: West Point has changed the way in which you access the installation. Government identification will be required. Check back here for specific instructions on how to gain access to the post the morning of the race.
RACE DAY TIMELINE:
7:30 : Packet pick-up inside Michie Stadium
8:00: Mills Rd closed to vehicle traffic
9:00: Race start
9:20: Kid's race start
11:20: Awards ceremony
1400: Course closed
Parking:
-Parking is available in A-lot, B-lot or Buffalo Soldier Field. A-lot is recommended, it is the parking immediately adjacent to the stadium.
-From Stony Lonesome gate (recommended): After entering the gate, continue along Stony Lonesome Rd down the hill and you'll see signs directing you to A-lot on the right near the NE corner of the stadium.
