_ The 2020 Muddy Trails Bash:

In response to growing concerns regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus), The Woodlands Township has cancelled or postponed all Township-produced events from March 12, 2020, through May 10, 2020.
The 13th annual Muddy Trails Bash will take place on Saturday, May 2, 2020 at Rob Fleming Park from 3 to 7 p.m. Produced by The Woodlands Township Parks and Recreation Department, the USA Track and Field (USATF) sanctioned event features chip-timed 5K and 10K trail runs, the Little Muddy Kids' One-Mile Fun Run and a 2K-9 Fun Run for you and your dog. All courses wind through the beautiful George Mitchell Nature Preserve, located on 1,800 acres adjacent to Rob Fleming Park in the Village of Creekside Park. The festive post-race party includes live zydeco music, the Muddy Bowl Crawfish Cook-Off and children’s activities. Concessions will be available for purchase. Please Note: Muddy Trails Bash is not a mud run or adventure race.
The 5K/10K course incorporates Creekside Forest Drive, the George Mitchell Preserve and culminates in front of Rob Fleming Park. All miles are marked. The George Mitchell Preserve Trails are located on 1,800 wooded acres adjacent to Rob Fleming Park.
Hydration Stations:
• There will be four hydration stations with water located along the race courses.
Medical Support:
• Staff members from Memorial Hermann Sports Medicine will be on the course and at the finish line to provide first-aid assistance.
• There will also be a red Memorial Hermann Medical Tent in the Post-Race area for those needing assistance.
• Traffic Control Officers will be stationed along the route to ensure cars stay out of the running area.
