_ The 2020 Freedom Fighter's 5K:
Freedom Fighter's 5K will help allow members of the infantry to host an event that recognizes those soldiers and leaders that have met the requirements and disply the highest standards, morals, and values amongst the infantry communty. Is is a seperate recognition from the actual military and individuals are nominated by their peers and higher leadership.
Get in your camo gear and come out for a 5K run through historic Castroville, Texas. Race starts and ends at Regional Park. For those who like a real test of ability, register for the the weighted run and participate with tactical gear, a weighted vest, or pack.
Event details and schedule
Packet pick up will be on race morning starting @ 9:15
Race starts @ 10AM
Stick around after the race and enjoy delicious food available from local food trucks as well as vendors!
This is a rain or shine event- pray for good weather!
