CALLING ALL RUNNERS
Join us for the 1st Annual Mad Moose Half Marathon & 5K being held at Deerfield Park in Smithfield, Rhode Island on September 27th, 2020. Half Marathon kicks off at 07:00 followed by our 5K at 07:15.
The Mad Moose Half Marathon / 5K Road Race benefits ALYN Hospital in Jerusalem. ALYN is Israel’s only pediatric and adolescent rehabilitation facility. ALYN treats children with a wide range of congenital and acquired conditions, including cerebral palsy, neuromuscular diseases, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, burns, terrorism and motor vehicle accidents. Show your support as we reach across the sea and make a difference to a child in their care.

Event details and schedule
We will hold packet pick up on Saturday, September 26th 2020 from 11:00 am till 3:00 pm for those interested in picking up their packets prior to race day. Location will be announced in the weeks leading up to the event.
Race Day we will have both pre-registered check in as well as same day registration tents. Parking will be available on the park grounds for participants and spectators.
Placement Trophies for our Half Marathon will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in each age group as well as our overall Female and Male champion.
Placement Trophies for our 5K will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in each age group as well as our overall Female and Male champion.
Event T-Shirts and Finishers Medals will be provided by Team Mad Moose for all runners who have pre-registered prior to Sunday September 13th, 2020.
There will be several water stops available for our Half Marathon serving both water and gatorade.
An optional fundraising page will be available for anyone interested in raising funds for ALYN.
All money raised goes to ALYN Hospital and the children they care for.
