The swim takes place in beautiful Lake Montclair. You will begin your morning with a time trial start unless you are racing in the open wave. Swimmers will keep the buoys on their left going counter clockwise. Swimmers will exit the course at Dolphin Beach.
The bike takes place in the community of Montclair. This is a two loop course with long straights.
The run takes place on wide paths, roads and sidewalks Montclair Community. Beautiful scenery especially as you cross the dam of Lake Montclair.
Don't forget about the kiddos, now the kids can join in the fun with a quick swim in Lake Montclair and a run around the Montclair community.
