Awards: Swim/Run, NEW Splash & Dash, and 5k - TOP 3 OVERALL MALE/FEMALE Age groups ( 3 deep ) male and female - 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 and over
T-Shirts: First 300 then while they last
Custom Medals: To all finishers of Swim/Run, NEW Splash & Dash, and 5k

Swim/Run - .25 mile swim, 1 mile run, .25 mile swim, 1 mile run, .25 mile swim, 1.5 mile run
NEW Splash & Dash - .25 mile swim, 3.1 mile run
5K Run - 3.1 mile run (runs are off road on hard pack dirt)
