_ The 2019 Portland Kids Duathlon:
Presented by Benchmark Real Estate, this race gives young people ages 3-12 an opportunity to participate in the fast growing world of multi-sport racing. The run, bike, run format of a duathlon is fun and approachable, a great race for non-swimmers and triathletes alike. All young duathletes will finish the race with a smile on their face, a medal around their neck, and a boost of self-confidence and pride.
Course Information:
This exciting event includes two waves, a bike/run short course for 5-8 year olds and run/bike/run long course for 8-12 year olds.
And new this year, a 3-5 year old bike only race (balance bikes and training wheels welcome) after the official race is done.
