The 2019 running of the Navy Tridents Triathlon and Duathlon will be taking place on Sunday June 2nd, 2019 at the Shearwater Gym and Fitness Centre. We will be hosting five races which will be a Try-a-Tri, a Sprint Triathlon – individual and team, a Duathlon and a draft legal Sprint Triathlon for Tri Canada Elite Juniors!
