This beginner-friendly triathlon consists of a 150 yard pool swim, 6 mile bike ride, and 2 mile run.
Course Information:
The entire event takes place on the historic campus of the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.

Driving Directions:
From Interstate 95:
• Take exit 17 toward Pembroke (Highway 711). In approximately 10.3 miles, turn right on University Road. Continue approximatly 1500 yards. Parking is available at Grace P. Johnson Stadium and in the large lot in front of the Jones Center.
From Highway 74:
• Take exit 200 toward Pembroke (on Highway 710). Highway 710 becomes Highway 711. After approximately 4 miles, turn left on University Road. Continue approximatly 1500 yards. Parking is available at Grace P. Johnson Stadium and in the large lot in front of the Jones Center.
Other Info:
Helmets are required on the bike course.
