_ The 2019 Spirit of Endurance Sports: Legacy, Laughs and Community Impact:

The “The Spirit of Endurance Sports: Legacy, Laughs and Community Impact” is a fundraising reception to benefit the IRONMAN Foundation® and will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2019 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at the headquarters of NormaTec in Watertown, MA. The event will feature renowned cycling coach with Peaks Coaching Group, HUNTER ALLEN; author, coach and motivational speaker, MEREDITH ATWOOD; and the IRONMAN Foundation Ambassador Team Captain and “Voice of IRONMAN,” MIKE REILLY.

Attendees of the fundraiser will be treated to refreshments and a Q&A with Allen and Reilly moderated by Atwood. The event will also include a silent auction featuring gear, products, race entries and more and the opportunity to enjoy a NormaTec PULSE Recovery massage in NormaTec’s Recovery Room. Proceeds from registration and the silent auction will be donated to the IRONMAN Foundation®. The IRONMAN Foundation® creates positive, tangible change in race communities by engaging athletes and volunteers to participate in programs that demonstrate service through sport and commitment to community.

The fundraiser is hosted by Ashworth Awards, the IRONMAN Foundation®, NormaTec and Sun Multisport Events and is part of a weekend of appearances by Allen, Atwood and Reilly related to the RACE-MANIA Summit and Expo taking place on Sunday, March 24, 2019.
