_ The 4th Annual Gannon University Indoor Triathlon:
Indoor Triathlon consisting of a 20 minute swim, 20 minute bike on a Keiser cycle, and a 20 minute run on an indoor track at the Gannon University Recreation and Wellness Center. The race will consist of waves of 12 athletes going off every 30 minutes. The first wave will begin at 8:00am and the last wave will go off at 12:30pm. Tranitions will last 10 minutes in between each event.
