The Lake County Triathlon, presented by Lake Property Owners Association and Articulate Promotions, will be held on Sunday, August 9, 2009 at Paulus Park in Lake Zurich, Illinois.

Participants will enjoy a beautiful course that will allow them to swim, bike, and run through the beautiful city of Lake Zurich.

Course Information:

All athletes can enjoy swimming through the calm, clean waters of Lake Zurich followed by a rigorous bike race throughout the Lakewood Forest Preserve and ending with tough but rewarding run through the streets of Lake Zurich.

Other Info:

Lake Zurich has hosted many triathlons over the past decade, and in keeping with tradition, the Lake County Triathlon will utilize the same course it always has.

The course options include Sprint and Olympic lengths. - - -

Upon completion of the race, all competitors will celebrate their victories as the finish line welcomes them with support and celebration.

Prizes will be awarded to all participants as well as medals for top-performers.
