_ The 2019 Rocking Robin Run & Ride (R3):

The R3 (Rockin Robin Run and Ride) is more than a run/ride.... it is several run or ride distances and is combined with the events of the Return of the Robin Hockey Tournament

All the races start and end INSIDE the graham arena. When crossing the finish line all runners/riders will be greeted with live music or DJ music. All registered participants will also have discounted entry to the live bands at the Return of the Robin Hockey Tournament tailgating party later that evening. The first 400 pre-registered participants will also receive a unique finisher's medal, custom aluminum ROTR water bottle and a wristband for discounted entry to the concert.

The R3 offers a 5k, 10k, 5k Pet Run / Walk, a 1-mile loop, a 44 mile bike ride, 28 mile bike route and a 9 mile bike route

Come out and welcome spring back to Rochester with the 10 year of the Rocking Robin Run!
