2019 Girls Just Wanna Run 5K
The Girls Just Wanna Run 5k Race is a fundraising charity event focusing on health and wellness in girls and women. Walkers, joggers, runners, girls and women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate!
Divisions:
Child: 9 and Under
Youth: 10-12
Teen: 13-19
Open: 20-29
Submaster: 30-39
Master: 40-49
Grandmaster: 50-59
Senior: 60-69
Exalted: 70 and up!
Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the Overall First Female Finisher, the first female finisher in each age division and to the Most Glamorous Runner(s)!

Course Information:
Runners & walkers will start down North Shore Road, along beautiful Bantam Lake. The course runs to the end of North Shore Road, turning around and continuing back along North Shore Road.

West of Litchfield:
- Follow Route 202 East into Bantam/Litchfield.
- Immediately before seeing the Bantam River Corporate Park and the Litchfield Athletic Club, turn right onto High Bridge Road.
- Take first left onto back access road (Old CT Route 25).
- Park in the back parking lot for Bantam River Corporate Park.
North, South and East of Litchfield:
- Follow routes to find yourself in the center of Litchfield.
- Follow Route 202 West.
- See directions below; “From Litchfield Center”.
From Litchfield Center:
- Follow Route 202 West toward Bantam.
- After passing the Litchfield Athletic Club and the Bantam River Corporate Park on the left, take first left onto High Bridge Road.
- Take first left onto back access road (Old CT Route 25).
- Park in the back parking lot for Bantam River Corporate Park.
