_ The 2019 Mystic River Valley Triathlon:
• Our triathlon starts with a 1/2 mile open water swim, followed by a 15 mile bike course and finishing off strong with a 5k run.
• Do all three events yourself or choose to work as a team to share the fun!
• Join us after the event for food, drinks and awards.
• Top finishers in each category receive a prize!
• The first 125 registered are guaranteed a race shirt!
Course Information:
• The half mile open water swim is a triangular course around buoys in the Mystic River with multiple waves.
• The bike is a 14.4 mile loop through Stonington-Mystic which is mainly flat with some small, quick hills.
• The run is a flat out and back 3 mile course through Mason's Island.
