Winter Tri Warm-up to prep for the upcoming Triathlon season. This event will have four waves of eight participants: 9:30am, 10:05am, 10:40am, and 11:15am. Limited, so register early to book your preferred time slot. Ages 14 years old and up are welcome.
The stations will be as follows: 30 minute bike in the spin room, 25 minutes on the treadmill, and finish with a 10 minute swim. Your goal at each is to complete as much distance as possible.
There will be a 5 minute transition between the bike and run, and a 10 minute transition time between the run and swim.
Each time slot will allow 8 people max. Each time slot will have volunteers to follow you around and record your distance.

Bike in the spin room, Run/Walk on the Treadmill in the cardio center, swim in the 25 yard pool.
