_ The 2019 Spring Fling 5K/10K:
Celebrate the start of spring with us at the Spring Fling 5K/10K. You choose your division - 5K run, 5K race walk, or 10K run. When you get back, we'll have a pancake breakfast waiting for you featuring pure Vermont maple syrup from a local sugar house. Breakfast will consist of pancakes, syrup, scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, and coffee or hot chocolate. RaceVermont.com is happy to make a contribution to either VPR or the Nature Conservancy in exchange for the help we're going to receive from local chef Sabrina Wing.
The course will be an out-and-back course either following Harbor Road, or going down Harbor Road and the Ti Path if the weather permits.
Commemorative t-shirts are available for $10 if ordered by February 24, 2019. There may be a few extras available on race day.
