East Tennessee's longest running lake triathlon (since 1984) welcomes you to the 2019 Tellico Summer Solstice Olympic & Sprint Triathlons  - also includes of road runs (13.1, 6.2 mi & 3.1mi) on Sunday, June 9th to go along with the popular triathlon Saturday, June 8th. The long standing triathlon starts with a .5 mile or 1.5K open water swim. The in water start is from the bath house beach and ends at the new beach area. A short grass run to transition to begin the 16.1 mile or 40K bike mainly on scenic Tellico Parkway. The triathlon finishes with a 5K or 10K run within the recreation area and is almost completely flat. Great views of Tellico Lake. Hammer Duathlon has been combined with the triathlons & adds another option for those non-swimmers with 5K Run, 16.1 mile Bike and 5K Run. Over $1500 in door prizes, finishers medal, performance shirts, ESM socks, ESM water bottle & great food & awards! 

Late registration & packet pickup is Friday from 5 to 7 PM and Saturday from 6 AM to 7 AM. Race walk through Saturday at 6 PM at race site.

Registration processing fees are included in the entry fee for each event, no additional charges. Endurance Sports Management has enabled event insurance for your consideration in the event you are unable to compete. Please review this option during the registration process. 

Endurance Sports Management has a NO REFUND policy. This is based on our policy to provide 15% of GROSS REVENUES to our charity partners. Insurance is available during the registration of each event. Please take advantage of this option should you wish to insure your entry fees.

Age Groups and Awards: Overall awards for the top three male and female finishers & top male and female masters. Age group awards for first, second, and third place in the following M & F age groups: 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45- 49, 50-55, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and over & top 3 Clydesdale & Athena. Open Relay Division: Male, Female, and Co-ed.

Event Cancellation / Modification Policy - If Natural Disaster or Community Disaster occurs, our action steps are as follows:

1. Endurance Sports Management in concert with local officials will make decisions based on safety first. 2. Courses and/or race segments will be altered as agreed to between Endurance Sports Management and local officials 3. Financial: It is not financially feasible for Endurance Sports Management to accept the risk of a disaster for everyone. Each registered participant needs to accept the risk of his or her entry fee. There will be NO REFUNDS or free entries to future races. The money you paid is spent developing the subject event. 4. Endurance Sports Management does not save any money if one of our events has to be canceled for reasons beyond our control. All supplies and services needed for the events are purchased and/or arranged in advance. All event supplies and services associated with that event must be paid for, regardless of the outcome.

Event Shirts - Event shirts are NOT guaranteed to participants registering within 1 week of each event. Please register prior to 1 week prior to guarantee your race shirt.
