_ The 2019 Ride the Plains:
The 10th annual Ride the Plains is a scenic road tour of Jefferson Co, offering 15, 31, 50, 62, and 80 (back for 2019) mile fully supported ride options, all starting from Rush Strong School in Strawberry Plains. Super light traffic and beautiful scenery highlight this rolling trek through “the Plains”. All skill level cyclists are welcome—like all Race Day Events rides, RTP is NOT A RACE! Soft cotton shirts guaranteed to the first 300 registrants. DeFeet performance socks, also to the first 250, provided this year by Eddie's Health Shoppe, Zenevo, & Race Day Events. The post-ride Buddy’s BBQ is again the reward at the finish. Great rest stop support provided by the faculty of Rush Strong School, with proceeds going to that organization. Expected participation--300
All rides depart at 8:30 am.
Packet Pickup/late registration: TBA
Day of ride PPU/Late Reg starts at 7 am at Rush Strong. Day of ride registration available for $55
Please bring signed USAC waivers (available on the RDE web site) to packet pickup to avoid delays.
