Description
SPLASH, SPIN, DASH!
This event will have 4 start time slots (max of 16 participants per slot): 8:00a, 8:30a, 9:00a, and 9:30a. The event stations will be as follows: 10 minute swim, 30 minute bike, and 20 minute run. Your goal is to complete as much distance as possible. There will be a 10 minute transition time between the swim and bike, and 5 minutes between the bike and run.
Register by January 24th to get an event shirt!!
