_ The 2019 Square Lake Sprint Triathlon:
This race caps off a weekend of multi sport racing and is the final race in the sprint triathlon series. You will enjoy racing in Minnesota's favorite multi sport training grounds - the Stillwater horse country. This race offers just the right amount of challenge while still being accessible to newbies. The self seeded time trial swim start means every athlete can experience a great swim without being kicked or punched in the face. Ride the gorgeous rolling hills of Stillwater and finish with an out and back race. A great barbecue party follows the race where awards for the series and the race will be presented.

6:30 am - Park and parking lots open
6:30 am - Transition area opens for race participants
6:30 am - Bike support will be on hand
6:30 am - Race day registration begins
7:00 am - Race announcements begin
7:30 am - Race day registration - no more cars allowed into the park
7:30 am - Transition area closes
7:45 am - Final course updates (Start line)
8:00 am – Race starts
10:00 am- Bike course closes
10:30 am – Barbecue and Series Awards Ceremony
11:15 - Courses close
