1/4 mile bay swim , 10 mile Bike and 3 mile Run

1.5 mile run, 10 mile Bike and 3 mile Run

Aquabike Distances

1/4 mile bay swim , 10 mile Bike

• The swim is in the bay.The bike and run will be contested on roadsthrough scenic Long Beach Island and Beach Haven.The course is flat and fast.
