The race will take place on Saturday September 7, 2019 - 8:00 a.m. sharp.

All events start and finish at 714 Route 206, Shamong, NJ 08088

Field limited to the first 300 entrants, sign up early!

Sprint Triathlon Swim 1/2 mile, bike 24.6 miles and run 5k

4:00- 8:00 pm
packet pickup and (optional) bike inspection

Saturday (Race Day)

6:30-- 7:30 am check-in, packet pickup and
race day registration (if available)
7:30 am pre-race briefing
8:00 am races start (4-6 waves)

Sprint Triathlon - 1/2 mile swim, 24.6 mile bike, 5k run

AquaBike Awards top 5 male and 5 females (we will do age groups awards 10 year increments if over 25 sign up)

Top Male, Female and Co-ed Teams

The first 300 entrants will receive a T-Shirt

Finishers medals to first 300 finishers

Refreshments will be provided at the end of the race
