Sprint Triathlon  500m / 11 mile / 5K  &    
Olympic Triathlon 1500 / 23.5 mile / 10K

Bike/Run Duathlon, Swim/Bike Duathlon, Swim/Run Duathlon and 2 or 3 person relays available for both races.
  
San Marcos River Ranch 
7:00 am Start Time 
Both races feature open water swims in one of the Man made Ski Lakes that make up the San Marcos River Ranch. Both Bike courses are a one loop course that is set in the San Marcos area along lightly travelled roads. The Run course loops around the Ski Lakes and finishes underneath the Majestic Oak trees along the San Marcos River.

Finisher Medals, Awards, Great post race food, USAT Sanctioned, Well Supported Event.

You must be an annual USA Triathlon Member OR Purchase a USAT Day Pass

Race Day: Sunday check in at 5:30am at the Tents by the river down the hill from transition. You must be body marked before you go to the transition. Event will be Chip Timed. Results will be posted on the Redemption Racing Facebook Sunday evening.

Swim: Ski Lake Course 500m/1500m open water swim. ( Time Trial start with Olympic Race starting first)

Bike: The 11 mile/23.5 mile bike course is a loop Course on lightly travelled roads. The ride has rolling hills. Drafting is illegal and will not be tolerated. Be aware that the roads are open to traffic  use caution and stay to the right.

Run: the 5K/10K is a loop course (1 or 2 loop), finishing under towering pecan trees next to the river.
