Event #3 in the 2019 AAA Car Care North Carolina Triathlon Series
Event #1 in the Formula 1 Grand Prix series
Distances: B: 12 Miles - S: 1500 Yards - R: 5K
This is a pure time trial with each event done separately - no transitions.
Participants will have between 30'-45' rest between each segment.
Finish times and awards will be based on adding up the three segment times.
