_ The 2019 Rock N RollMan Aquabike:
The 56-mile bike is now a two loop through Bibb County, GA. Traffic is very light. The course is best described as rolling with no sever grades. While this is not the most difficult course around, it certainly is not the easiest. Water bottle hand offs are found at or near miles 19, 30 and 45. All turns are marked with pavement arrows and directional signs and volunteers/ police man each intersection.
An athlete briefing will be held at the event site on Friday October 18, 2019 at 5:00PM. This meeting will be held beneath the covered pavilion area and will last about 30-45 minutes. The meeting will go over all aspects of the event is great detail. Questions will be answered and are encouraged.
Additional briefing will be held on race morning in the cover pavilion at 6:30 AM
