Race Description: Rockin’ My Mini-Tri distance event offered along with the Rock ‘N RollMan Half, Long Course Duathlon, Olympic and Sprint distance is a great way to enjoy the beautiful Macon area while racing a more manageable distance.

Event details and schedule
ATHLETE BRIEFING
An athlete briefing will be held at the event site on Friday October 18, 2019 2- 6 pm. This meeting will be held beneath the covered pavilion area and will last about 30-45 minutes. The meeting will go over all aspects of the event is great detail. Questions will be answered and are encouraged.
Additional briefing will be held on race morning in the cover pavilion at 6:30 AM
Finishers Medals will be given to all finishers.
Tshirts can not be guarantee for anyone registering after September 15, 2019
