_ The 2019 Michelle's Memorial Sprint Triathlon:
A sprint distance triathlon open to all levels of fitness. The event is chip timed with awards following race. You have the option for individual or Relay entry.
Course Information:
• The swim takes place in a outdoor pool.
• The bike course is on asphalt roads in a rural/residential setting.
• The run is out in back on a paved walking trail.
Directions:
The City Pool is on the north side of McCook Community College.
