The 12th Annual Frozen Feat 5k and 10k is on Saturday, February 9th, 2019! The start/finish will be just outside the doors of Central High School in Grand Forks, ND. It's frosty, it's fun, and it's the one thing thats been missing from your February calendar. Add us to your winter race schedule and we'll see you at the Feat! Ammentities: Cold weather running SWAG, custom medal, post race food/ beverage, and awards for top finishers and age category winners! NEW this year: OPTIONAL Race Shirt purchase!

Race day schedule for Saturday, February 9, 2019:
8am: registration and packet pick-up opens at Central High School. Use 4th Street Entrance.
9:20am: Runners gather at start line for announcements and National Anthem
9:30AM: 10k individual and lovebirds runners START
10AM: Plains Chiropractic and Acupuncture 5k individual and lovebirds runners START
ongoing after 10AM: Post race food and coffee inside Central High.
11:00am: Awards
