2011 Sportspectrum Ironfish Kids Triathlon:

Race starts and finishes at Cypress Lake Park.

Course Information:

Swim will be located in the shallow part of Cypress Lake (less than 4' of water). Lane ropes & Lifeguards will be provided for safety. Flotation devices are allowed on the swim. We want every child to feel as safe as possible.

Bike portion & run are all inside the park. Course is safe, easy, & well shaded.

Directions:

Located fifteen minutes north of Bossier City.

Exit i-20 on Airline Drive.

Take Airline Drive north 7.9 miles.

Turn right on Linton Road (east 4.3 miles)

Follow the signs to the Park Entrance. (Blacy Bayou Gate)
