Course Information:
Swim Course (400 meters)
- Open water point-to-point swim in Fort Patrick Henry Lake with swimmers starting in waves.
- The swim will follow right along the shore line in shallow water. If you get tired, then just stand up!
Bike Course (10 miles) - 1 loop on county roads with a few hills.
Run Course (5k) - Run is on park roads with one hill.
