2011 Shelby Sprint Triathlon:

  • The Shelby Sprint Triathlon takes place at the Shelby City Park in Shelby, NC, also known as the City of Pleasant Living.
  • The Shelby City Park holds a fantastic outdoor 10 lane Olympic size overflow swimming pool, where participants will snake their way down the pool only swimming one direction in each lane.
  • The transition area is located a mere 50 meters away on the front lawn of the Park, allowing excellent spectator vantage points.
