The swim will be a counterclockwise loop in the Eastern most portion of Long Pond.
Transition is flat and mostly grassy with some lime rock drive/sidewalk from the lake.
The bike and run course are among the flattest you will find. See maps to view the run route. The bike map will show you the start/finish for the Sprint and Olympic distance and the Olympic turn around. Both bike routes will leave the 4H Club and turn left. They will then turn right on Long Pond and make a left on Hwy 41. Then another left on Hwy 376. Riders will stay on this road till George Road and make a left. You will travel toward the end of George Road and make a U turn returning the same way you go out. Prior to Hwy 41 you will turn right on W. Collins Ave. Then right on South Broadway St. Then a left on Sheavette Rd. At Long Pond, sprint distance riders will return to the 4H Club. Olympic distance riders will turn left on Long Pond and repeat this lap a second time.
After the run the finish line will be to the right of transition and heading back toward the lake.
