Run: (2 Miles) Flat to gently rolling hills out and back.

Bike: (20 Miles) Flat to gently rolling hills loop.

Run: (2 Miles) Flat to gently rolling hills out and back. - -

Directions:

The race will begin and end at Lincoln Trail State Park, located 3 miles south of Marshall, IL. - -

Fees:

Individuals - $30.00

Teams - $60.00 - Teams are to consist of two members (one runner/one biker) and entry forms must be submitted together. Specify Team Member 1 (Runner) or Team Member 2 (Biker).

Entry fees are non-refundable. - - What you get:

Each registered participant will receive a Long-sleeved T-Shirt, Dinner, Post-Race Refreshments, goodies, and will be eligible for randomly drawn prizes. - - USAT:

This Duathlon is sanctioned and insured by USA Triathlon. All participants must follow all USA Triathlon rules and regulations.

All participants MUST wear an ANSI or Snell approved helmet during the cycling portion of the duathlon.
