2011 Chattahoochee Challenge Olympic Triathlon:

Columbus, GA is quickly becoming an athletes destination. On July 30, 2011 we will open a brand new triathlon series were calling The Chattahoochee Challenge. The series is comprised of three events, beginning with a Sprint distance. On August 20, 2011 we will hold an Olympic distance race. Finally, in 2012 (precise date yet to be determined) the challenge will be a half triathlon.

We think youll love Columbus a city which offers small town friendliness with big city amenities. Youll swim down the river for which the challenge is named, run along the famous riverwalk, and bike through the heart of the city. For friends and families who come to watch, the viewpoints are easy to access and the opportunities to get out and sample the cuisine and learn about the rich history of Columbus are never ending.

We cant wait to meet you all at The Chattahoochee Challenge.
