Triathlon participation in the United States is at an all-time high and youth athletes represent one of the fastest growing segments.
Whether you're getting involved in the sport for the first time or looking for another race to add to your calendar, the Commonwealth Sports Medicine Settler's Landing Youth Triathlon is an event not to be missed!
Course Information:
Swim: The swim is in the Settler's Landing 25 yard pool, in Midlothian, VA.
Kickboards are allowed.
Kickboards are allowed.
Bike/Run: The bike and run will be in the surrounding neighborhood on roads closed to traffic and/or monitored by police and traffic control volunteers. Training wheels are allowed. For the safety and fairness of all participants, parents are not allowed on the course during the race.
Ages 5-8 (min age 5): 50 yard Swim - 1.5 mile Bike - (1 lap) - .5 mile Run
Ages 9-14: 100 yard Swim - 4.5 mile Bike (2 laps) - 1 mile Run
