Course Information:

  • One easy to access transition area.
  • The 1.5 km swim will be a triangular course in Rancho Seco Lake with water temps of about 70 degrees.
  • The bike is 40 km on a rolling course.
  • The run is 10km on an out and back course on undulating fire roads. The dirt is softer than pavement and the mild hills are invigorating and satisfying. The finish is back to transition area and the huge welcome of the crowds, announcer and other finishers
